The mighty Lord Hanuman

Andhra Pradesh’s Paritala Anjaneya Temple houses one of the world’s tallest Hanuman statues.

The Veera Abhaya Anjaneya Hanuman Swami statue stands at a height of 135 feet. It’s nestled in Paritala, a town near Vijaywada in Andhra Pradesh. Installed in 2003, this statue is magnanimous. The Paritala Anjaneya Temple is nestled at the base of the statue.

The temple has a shrine of Ram—Sita-Lakshman, the Devi and Lord Anjaneya.
