CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
A customer can cancel an order anytime up to the time the order has been dispatched by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled.
Our company follows a strict no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. For damaged product related redressals please contact customer service at email@example.com within 72 hours of the product being delivered.
Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and please be advised to provide your receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs.500, which is notified from time to time. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery at no additional charge. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
